The purpose of this letter is to the Department of Transportation services for allowing Narcotics Anonymous of Honolulu to place public service announcement space on "TheBus".

We are especially grateful that these public service announcements were allowed on "TheBus" for longer than the usual 30-day limit.  We understand that many non-profit organizations submit public service announcements and that the space is limited.

Our Helpline Subcommittee reports an increase of calls from the public undoubtedly due to our placards on "The Bus".  We also received positive feedback from our own members who saw the placards.  On behalf of all our members I wish to extend our gratitude for your service to us.
